naming a dog

im 10 yrs old and i am getting a new french bulldog and the french bulldog we have now name is ZEUS. So we wanted another greek god in the house and i wanted HERA or ELECTRA. And my dad said tht might be some good names but what I really want is MEDUSA as our girl dogs name. And really hope thts our new dog name. Give me some hope please!

Well, I think Medusa is a very nice name, it also makes the dog look more frightening :-) Hera is a name suited for a lady-like, matron-like dog (she was also a very ambitious woman and she couldn't stand it when her husband would look at another woman). My neighbours had a greyhound named Hera, so maybe that's why I think a French bulldog should have another name. Electra (for me, at least) suggests elegance and dignity. You should take into account the personality of the new doggie.
